All the benoit missolin collection is available by mail order. The website is only a selection. If you wish to order any other style, do not hesitate to contact the SARL Kissme mail order department by phone or email.

PRODUCTS PRICES
When making his/her order, the customer shall be informed as to the availability of the Product he/she wishes to select.
For any queries regarding a Products unavailability, the customer may contact the Customer Service department by clicking on « contact ».
However, in the exceptional event of the Product becoming unavailable after confirmation of the order , the Customer shall be informed of the fact by e-mail, no later than five (5) working days after confirmation of the order.
The photographs illustrating the Products presented reproduce them as faithfully
as possible, but are of no contractual value. The Customer is advised to view
the description of each Product to satisfy him/herself as its basic characteristics.

2 Prices
The prices are indicated in Euros including VAT.
The value added tax is the tax applicable on French territory.
The prices charged are those displayed on the Website at the time of ordering.

PAYMENT
Payments are made of by bank card via Paypal (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard). The payment conditions such as bank transfers or against refunds are not accepted.
The order validated by the customer will be considered actual only when the payment will have been credited on the account Paypal / banking of the SARL Kissme
Besides, the SARL Kissme reserves the right to refuse any order of a customer with
who would exist a dispute.

DELIVERY
The Kissme SARL delivers anywhere in the world with the exception of post-office
box addresses (P.O Box).
The Kissme SARL will make its best efforts to ensure delivery of the order, enclosing
the evidencing invoice, within an average of ten (10) working days and a maximum of
thirty (30) working days from the day following the date of payment of the order.
It is hereby specified that orders booked on the benoitmissolin website on Friday
afternoon from 1:00 p.m. onwards, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the
following Monday.
Orders booked on the benoit missolin website on public holidays will likewise be
processed the next working day.
The articles ordered by the customer are delivered to the address given by the
customer. The customer can have the products delivered to a different address from
his/her own. Delivery will not be made in the event of force majeure (frustration),
transport strike and/or postal strike.
The shipping costs are shown together with the other purchase costs at the conclusion of the order process, prior to confirmation.
However for the deliveries outside metropolitan France the customer makes a commitment has to settle all the due taxes has the import of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and quite other taxes were owed by virtue of the laws of the country of reception of the order.
For delivery we are using the French Post service :
For Metropolitan France and European countries : Colissimo recommandé
For outside Europe : International Colissimo or Chronopost.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer shall have seven (7) working days from the date of receipt within which
to return the articles he/she has ordered, at his/her own expense and without starting
reasons. To be returnable, the products must be neither worn nor washed. The
products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to the following
address: SARL Kissme 18 rue Saint Lazare 75009 Paris France.
If the above started conditions are fulfilled, the SARL Kissme shall refund the
customer for the total amount of his/her order , within fifteen (15) days of the SARL
Kissme receiving the Products, which shall be borne by the Purchaser.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
The customer shall have seven (7) working days from the date of receipt within which
to return or exchange at his/her own cost, any Product ordered by the Customer if it
fails to give him/her satisfaction. This time limit shall run from the date of receipt of
the Products. Beyond that timelimit, the SARL Kissme may at its option refuse to
make the exchange or refund.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging neither worn
or washed to the following address: SARL Kissme 18 rue Saint Lazare 75009
Paris France, enclosing the initial invoice, on the back of which must be stated the
reasons for the return.
It shall the Customers responsibility to retain all proof of return, this implies
returning his/her order by registered parcel or by any other means of ascertaining the
date of the return dispatch.
Any products returned other than in their original condition and packaging,
particulary where they are incomplete, or have been worn or dirtied by the Customer,
will not be taken back. In the event of abnormal or unreasonable returns, the SARL
Kissme may refuse to honour any future order.
If the above started conditions are fulfilled, the SARL Kissme shall refund the
customer for the total amount of his/her order , within fifteen (15) days of the SARL
Kissme receiving the Products, except for the cost of returning of the Products, which
shall be borne by the Purchaser.
In the event of an exchange, the SARL Kissme will not charge the Customer for the
cost it incure in re-sending the product exchanged.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Under the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (Loi informatique et
Liberté) you have the right to access, inspect and correct the date we keep on you.

Shipping fees will be offered for any order above 800 euros TVA included.

When the parcel with the ordered items leaves the Kissme Sarl warehouse, Kissme
Sarl client service will send an e-mail to the address you entered in the purchase form.
This email will contain a tracking code and a link that allows real time monitoring of
the delivery. Our Customer Service will provide assistance with any possible problem
